Paypal Credit/Debit Card Payments

Single family homes up to 1,700 square feet under roof including attached garages.  Guest Homes, mother-in-law apartments, etc... are addressed on an individual basis.

For each additional 100 square feet under roof, there is an added charge of $10.00.

Any additional structures like pool cabanas, detached garages, sheds, etc... would be based on size and complexity with a minimum charge of $50.00

Condos or townhomes up to 1,000 square feet under roof

For each additional 100 square feet under roof, there is an added charge of $10.00

Garages or storage areas that are detached or separated from the condo/townhome will be addressed on an individual basis with a minimum charge of $50.00
