He scheduled the inspection very quickly and communicated with my realtor. He kept me informed along the way and was very prompt with the inspection report along with supporting pictures. I had a contract on a condo in Myrtle Beach, SC and the closing was rushed up because I wanted to own it so my Dad could see it.  My Dad is 93 years old and I don't know how much more time I will have with him.  I needed to get an inspection as soon as possible so I could meet the deadline to close.  I contacted Larry W. Poole at A Firm Foundation Inc. and gave him my deadline for the inspection.

With Memorial Day Weekend coming up and having a deadline of June 1 to have the inspection , we were cutting it close!  I explained to Larry about why I wanted to close (to get my Dad to see it.)  He told me that the closing would not be held up on his account.  Larry then said he would work Saturday to get it done so I would have it on time.  He not only worked on his day off, but did a thorough job with the inspection.  

Larry is a compassionate man and I can't wait to get my Dad to Myrtle Beach to see the condo.  Thank you Larry!
